Two hours with a US dealer who has already done it

Jeremy Nowling runs sales, digital retailing and technology for one of America's most digitally progressive dealer groups. He is in Australia for one week — Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.

An education session, not a product tour. What worked, what failed, what it cost. No question is off limits.
An intimate session. Small enough that Jeremy can speak to your specific business questions, processes or challenges.
You can buy software. You can't buy hindsight. The only cost is an open mind and transparent conversations.

Three sessions, three cities

Same format in each city. Kept small enough to talk about your business, not the market in general.

What he'll cover

These are starting points, not a running order. The bulk of the session is open floor — Jeremy takes the room where the questions go, and the more specific you are about your own business, the more useful his answers get.

  • Change management and adoption. The technology is rarely what stalls a rollout. Leadership attention is.
  • Hiring, onboarding and role design. Training new starters onto an AI-assisted process from day one, and where the BDC role goes next.
  • Customer data and consent. Auditing what you hold, centralising it, and making an opt-out cascade across every system at once.
  • Agentic AI across the lifecycle. Source-specific engagement across thousands of lead sources — what lifted, what didn't.
  • Fixed operations. Service drive engagement and retention, not just the front end.
  • New retail channels. An early mover on Amazon Autos — the reasoning and the early read.

Who should come

Dealer principals, general managers, and heads of sales, marketing, aftersales and IT or data. Bring two or three rather than one — the sessions where the whole leadership line is present are the ones that change something afterwards.

Come with something specific

The registration form asks what you would most like Jeremy to answer. We pass those through to him beforehand, and they shape where the discussion goes on the day.

Questions people are asking

Is this an Impel sales pitch?

No. Jeremy is a dealer, not a vendor. There is no product demo in the agenda. If you want to talk about Impel afterwards we are happy to — but that is a separate conversation.

Do I have to be an Impel customer?

No — and Rohrman doesn't run Impel exclusively either. A good part of what Jeremy has to say is about how to work with and alongside the vendors you already have, and get more out of them.

Will he talk about vendors other than Impel?

Yes. Jeremy will speak to his own stack and his own decisions, including the parts we had nothing to do with. Ask him what he would buy again.

How candid is he, really?

Candid. He has spoken publicly about an audit that found roughly 48% of his customer records unusable, and he is direct about what has not worked. A pointed question gets a pointed answer.

Does the US experience translate here?

Yes. Margin compression, shifting customer expectations, the staffing squeeze and the pressure to show a tangible return on every dollar of spend are the same conversations in Indiana as they are here. What differs is the local lens — agency models, NVES, and the speed of the Chinese growth curve. Jeremy is briefed on all three, and the session is built so you can pressure-test his decisions against your conditions rather than his.

How many can I bring?

Two to four from your group. Tell us the roles on the form and we will confirm. If you want a larger contingent, ask about a private session.

What if none of the dates work?

We are holding a small number of private sessions that week for larger groups, built around that group's brand mix and priorities. Register your interest below — there are only a few.

What does it cost to attend?

The only investment is your time. The better question is what it costs you not to — another quarter working out on your own what someone two years ahead will walk you through in a morning.
